Responsibilities- Implement Advinia's Wellbeing and Engagement Programme - S.P.E.C.S.
- Design and coordinate new and ongoing engagement programmes.
- Support Colleagues, Residents, Relatives, and Friends in participating in the Home's engagement programme.
- Arrange trips and outings to enable Residents to engage in offsite activities.
- Ensure the Home environment is stimulating and engaging for Residents.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care and services to older adults. The ideal candidate will have experience in activity coordination and be able to design and deliver engaging activities that meet the needs of our Residents.
What We Offer- Estimated salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
