**Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging person to join our team as a Wellbeing Facilitator at Maycroft Residential Home. As a Wellbeing Facilitator, you will play a key role in developing and delivering meaningful activities that enhance the wellbeing of our residents.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Design and deliver person-centred stimulating activities within the home.
  • Develop and manage new and ongoing meaningful engagement programmes that encourage residents to maintain pre-existing interests and hobbies.
  • Support colleagues, residents, relatives, and friends to participate in the home's meaningful engagement programme.

**Requirements:*

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.

**Benefits:
