Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-focused Payroll & Benefits Assistant to join our team in EMEA. This is a six-month fixed-term contract ideal for someone who is agile and ready to jump into an exciting opportunity.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing payroll and benefits processes, ensuring everything runs seamlessly. Key responsibilities include supporting internal and external inquiries, navigating policies and regulations, handling payroll data input, full-cycle payroll processing with ADP, verifying payroll details, overseeing monthly payroll administration, managing enrollments, terminations, and life status changes, maintaining accurate employee records, and staying on top of benefits-related regulations and internal policies.

Requirements

  • Experience in payroll operations for countries like the UK/Ireland, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Germany, Poland, Italy, Spain, France, or South Africa.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and fast-paced, high-growth industries.
  • Exceptional written and communication skills, sharp attention to detail, and fluency in languages like German, French, Polish, or Italian.
