Key Responsibilities- Lead the patient safety agenda for the organization, working closely with the Quality senior leadership team, Quality Improvement & Assurance Leads, and Matrons across the organization to create an environment that promotes and maximizes the likelihood of safe and therapeutic care provision for our patients, staff, and visitors.
- Provide professional leadership for all aspects of patient safety, quality improvement, and innovation across the Trust, including the implementation of the Trust and NHS patient safety strategy.
- Be responsible for providing assurance to the Director of Nursing and Quality that the organization is delivering safe and compassionate high-quality care against the set quality standards and outcome measures.
