About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Middle Office Custody Derivatives team as a Vice President, Middle Office Manager II. This role is located in Pune, MH and is a hybrid position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight and guidance to multiple teams of Middle Office staff responsible for researching and analyzing transactions on behalf of assigned clients.
  • Handle reconciliations and inquiries, and oversee the processing, trend analysis, client engagement, TPG review (SLA), process improvement, incident management, and onshore recovery (processing) for assigned clients.
  • Manage the performance of assigned staff and set team priorities to ensure the achievement of team goals and objectives.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure needs are being addressed by the Middle Office function and provide input to Unit Managers.
  • Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth, and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 13 plus years of total relevant experience in accounting with at least 4-5 years of management experience preferred.
