About the Position:

  • Provide direct care and support to individuals in their own homes or in our community-based services.
  • Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement personalized care plans that promote independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with individuals, their families, and carers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that each individual receives comprehensive support that addresses their physical, emotional, and social needs.
