Domestic Abuse Support Worker

Morgan Hunt UK Limited is seeking a dedicated Domestic Abuse Support Worker to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be based in Rochdale and work 16.33 hours per week on a 3-week rolling rota basis.
The role involves accepting new referrals, completing move-in procedures for new clients, and ensuring the upkeep and security of the building. Additionally, the candidate will maintain an understanding of support plans and risk assessments, update the Domestic Abuse Support Worker of changes to risk or incidents, and provide feedback regarding tenants' SMART plans.
The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications in domestic abuse or equivalent experience and be able to demonstrate an extensive understanding of individuals and families who have experienced domestic abuse. They will also possess knowledge of planning, promoting, or delivering group work sessions with evaluation.
The salary for this position is estimated at £10,347 plus £55 per sleep, making it a competitive offer for those looking to make a difference in their community.
