Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple regions, working closely with B2B international clients to implement their marketing strategies.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up and managing social-based digital marketing campaigns, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Experience in AdWords campaign build and management would be advantageous
  • Managing email marketing campaigns and external stakeholders
  • Developing effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Employing great listening and probing questioning skills to understand client needs

We are looking for a self-starter who can apply a process-driven approach to their work, manage their workflow, and report to an Account Manager. You will have the opportunity to learn from an integrated team of specialists and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Required Skill Sets:

  • Minimum 1-year agency experience
  • Basic experience in setting up and managing social-based digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience in AdWords campaign build and management would be advantageous
  • B2B experience, ideally in tech or manufacturing
  • Experience managing email marketing campaigns
  • Experience managing external stakeholders and third parties
  • Strong written and reading skills (GCSE English and Maths minimum B grade)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
