Job Title: Telecoms Project Coordinator

At Genesis Technology Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Telecoms Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our telecom projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project schedules and reports from the Genesis Database.
  • Run dedicated project reports and present the information to stakeholders.
  • Track and present weekly totals of target versus actual performance.
  • Book access for Genesis Field and customer engineers using various Service Providers' access databases and portals.
  • Create Risk Assessments and Hand Over Packs prior to project activities.
  • Liaise with Field Engineers, Site Managers, and Project Managers as required.
  • Raise and close site outages via the Remedy database in line with project requirements.
  • Verify the quality of Genesis completion certifications and surveys uploaded to the Genesis database or customer database within SLA.
  • Track daily and weekly activities on sites, including creating, updating, and closing down Site Logs in the system and updating necessary reports.
  • Coordinate daily project processes, including generating and maintaining weekly schedules and trackers.
  • Raise operational deficiencies and monitor them weekly, coordinating the recording of information in internal systems and closing operational deficiencies.
