Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting project teams on a range of digital and business transformation projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting project managers with administrative tasks such as resource management, time recording, budgets, meeting scheduling, project documentation, risk monitoring, and minute taking.
  • Providing exceptional support to project teams, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Working closely with project managers to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Developing and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on small projects from end to end, as well as assist on larger projects. You will also have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in project management, with the potential to move into a project management role in the future.
