This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills in conducting comprehensive assessments for claimants of the Government's disability allowance (Personal Independence Payment).

You will be responsible for evaluating how a claimant's health condition or disability affects their day-to-day life through various assessment methods, including initial reviews, paper-based, face-to-face, video, or telephone assessments.

We offer a 12-week training program with dedicated time for self-development learning and close mentorship to support your ongoing development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the impact of a claimant's health condition or disability on their daily life
  • Create detailed reports of the evidence gathered during each assessment
Requirements
  • At least one year of post-registration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or paramedic
  • Fully registered with a relevant UK regulatory body (NMC, HCPC, or other)
  • Exceptional observational and communication skills
  • Able to type at a minimum of 30 words per minute
  • Demonstrable experience with using IT and Microsoft Office
Salary and Benefits

The annual salary is £38,500, with a 5% retention bonus. Upon achieving remote approved status, the salary increases to £39,900 plus up to 10% bonus, and upon achieving face-to-face delivery, the salary rises to £41,500 plus up to 10% bonus.
