About the Role

This rewarding hybrid position involves assessing, discussing, and reporting on how conditions impact daily living through face-to-face and telephone assessments. As a valued member of the team, you will utilize your clinical expertise to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand the impact of conditions on daily living
  • Discuss findings with clients and report on recommendations for improvement
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

Salary: £37,500 per annum, with opportunities for overtime and regular salary increases.

Requirements:

  • Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 1 year of post-registration experience in the UK (NHS or private healthcare)
  • Strong communication and report writing skills
