As the Head of Finance & Business Resources, you will be responsible for leading the finance and business services function at Sitka Recruitment Ltd. This includes overseeing finance and business operations, managing the charity's insurance policies, and leading on pensions operational management.

Requirements
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, CIPFA, or ACCA).
  • Strong technical accounting skills and experience in charity finance and governance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

We offer a competitive salary up to £65,000 per annum, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, flexible working options, and a pension scheme with 6% employer contribution.
