Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Patient Pathway Support Coordinator to join our Lymphoedema Team at the University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general clerical support, accurate inputting and updating of patient information, and stock control of departmental office supplies.

Main Responsibilities

  • To provide administrative support to the Lymphoedema Team, ensuring the smooth operation of the service.
  • To accurately input and update patient information onto the database, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.
  • To manage departmental office supplies, processing orders and restocking as required.
  • To receive deliveries and restock office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient working environment.
  • To deal with queries in a timely manner, either via telephone or face-to-face, escalating as necessary.
