We are seeking a highly motivated Social Engagement Specialist to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by creating engaging and inclusive activities that promote social interaction, independence, and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities will include developing and implementing activity programmes that cater to diverse interests and abilities, building strong relationships with residents and their families, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a proven ability to motivate and engage others.
