Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at 18 Recruitment Limited. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the commercial aspects of our supply chain are managed effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement commercial controls to ensure maximum leverage and create economically advantageous arrangements.
- Negotiate with partners to build long-term, influential relationships.
- Ensure contract compliance by understanding NEC Contracts.
- Manage the commercial aspects of the supply chain, including data interrogation and advanced Excel skills.
- QS degree or equivalent.
- Contractual awareness and negotiating, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience of management accounts and accounting skills.
- Excellent Access skills and re-measurement skills.
- Commercial contractor exposure.
