Quantity Surveyor Job Description

At Brandon James, we're seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our Birmingham team. As a key member of our property consultancy, you'll play a crucial role in delivering cutting-edge services from concept to build and beyond.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

You'll work closely with clients at each stage of the planning process, coordinating procurement, managing expenditures, and ensuring projects remain within budget. Your work will be collaborative, dynamic, and rewarding, with a focus on sustainability initiatives and team expansion.

As a Quantity Surveyor with Brandon James, you'll benefit from a diverse pipeline of projects across various sectors, including Education, Commercial, Residential, Heritage & Conservation, Healthcare, and Government. This variety, combined with our supportive and progressive culture, will provide the perfect environment for achieving Chartership.

Requirements
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
  • BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying
  • MRICS ideally or currently working towards APC
  • Experience in conventional construction projects (Industrial, Commercial, etc.)
