Quantity Surveyor Job Description

Brandon James Ltd is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their Birmingham team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their goals from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate procurement and manage expenditures to ensure projects remain within budget.
  • Work collaboratively with a dynamic team of industry experts to deliver cutting-edge services.
  • Support the expansion and improvement of the team through innovative ideas and sustainability initiatives.
  • Contribute to a variety of exciting projects across multiple sectors, including Education, Commercial, Residential, Heritage & Conservation, Healthcare, and Government.
Requirements:
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy.
  • BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying.
  • MRICS ideally or currently working towards APC.
  • Experience in conventional construction projects (Industrial, Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, Education).
