Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a qualified Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team at a busy hotel in Chesterfield. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and preparation.
  • Oversee food preparation and presentation.
  • Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and safety.

Requirements:

  • High-volume and banqueting experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

Benefits:

The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary of £26,000 - £28,000 per annum, 2 days off per week, and free parking on site.
