We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Health and Wellness Operations Manager to join our team at David Lloyd Clubs in Bristol Westbury. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the club.

The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure is based on industry standards and the requirements of the role.

  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the club, including maintenance, cleaning, and facilities management.

  3. Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences and promote a culture of wellness within the club.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver training programs that promote a culture of wellness.
  5. Maintain accurate records of operational activities and performance metrics.
