Lead Healthcare Provider

At ProfDoc, we are seeking a highly skilled Lead Healthcare Provider to join our team in a permanent contract with 6 sessions per week. As a dedicated and autonomous practitioner, you will be responsible for making professional decisions, assessing patient needs, and developing care plans that meet the highest standards of primary care.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize your expertise to make informed decisions in relation to presenting problems, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
- Assess patient needs through comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized care plans that cater to their unique requirements.
- Screen patients for disease risk factors and early signs of illness, providing proactive and preventative care services.
- Effectively utilize modern technology, including EMIS Web and eConsult platforms, to streamline clinical workflows and enhance patient engagement.
- Hold active GMC registration, demonstrating your commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to industry standards.
- Inclusion on the performers list, ensuring you are eligible to perform medical procedures and provide high-quality care to our patients.
We offer an estimated annual salary of £80,000 - £110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This competitive compensation package reflects the importance of this role in delivering exceptional primary care services.
