About the RoleAs a Commercial Carrier Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and driving revenue growth in the parcel delivery sector. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to drive business growth.
Main Responsibilities- To develop a portfolio of prospects through agreed channels
- Gain and implement new business opportunities for our client while maximizing revenue and margin
- Develop and implement an approach to secure competitors in the shortest time possible
- Develop and implement a sales plan and call cycle that incorporates initiatives for identifying and gaining new business and maximizes growth of existing major account customers to achieve individual sales (volume and profitability) targets
- Minimum 3+ years new business sales background within the parcel delivery/logistics sector
- Proven track record of hitting new business sales targets
- Business/commercial acumen
- Ability to source own opportunities through a variety of prospecting techniques
- Competitive salary of £45,000 with potential earnings of up to £75,000
- Car allowance of £5,000 per annum
