Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the school's payroll, ensuring accurate processing, and timely payment to staff. Additionally, they will provide guidance on HR-related matters, maintain accurate records, and perform various administrative tasks. They will also be expected to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including staff, governors, parents, pupils, and other advisors.

Estimated Salary Range: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications. Successful candidates will receive a comprehensive package, including flexible working arrangements, continued professional development opportunities, and a competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process payroll accurately and efficiently.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or a related field.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
