Office Manager for Educational Institution

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Office Manager to join our team at Remedy Recruitment Group. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our educational institution. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and supervising office staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Liaising with the line manager on work assignments for the office team.
- Assisting with new staff induction and monitoring their progress.
- Organizing student admissions, parental interviews, and appeals under the guidance of the Headteacher.
- Coordinating staff recruitment and supporting the Headteacher with interviews, meetings, and appeals.
- Providing administrative support for safety procedures, including fire drills.
- Overseeing the general administration of school dinners.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, assisting senior leaders and teachers, and performing various administrative tasks such as contacting parents, liaising with staff, and preparing meeting materials.
Job Description:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the school office.
- Coordinate and supervise office staff to ensure efficient operations.
Estimated Salary: £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
