We are seeking a Financial Services Administrator Lead to support the management of client portfolios at Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd. The role will be based near Hove and comes with a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Answering and logging all incoming client calls appropriately onto the CRM system, passing on messages, and ensuring that any updates to client contact information are captured.
  2. Managing own learning and development, attending relevant training sessions where needed.

The ideal candidate will have a degree-level education or previous work experience in an office environment to a high standard, engage in a professional telephone manner, and possess IT literacy (advanced knowledge of Word and Excel and the ability to learn new software).
