Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized administrator to join our team as an Experienced IFA Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in the financial services sector.

About the Role:

  1. This role will involve working alongside our Team Leaders and Paraplanners to ensure the end-to-end management of client lifecycles using agreed policies, processes, and Intelligent Office.
  2. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with Anti-Money Laundering/Know Your Client, GDPR, and other statutory/regulatory rules.
  3. Additionally, you will provide support for our Team Leaders and Paraplanners in utilizing other agreed toolsets to provide data for client identification, risk profiling, lifestyle planning, investment analysis, etc.
  4. You will also act as the main point of contact between providers and Team Leaders in the transfer, set up, and administration of investments and policies on behalf of clients.

About You:

  • Previous experience of Intelligent Office (IO) is essential.
  • You have a strong customer service ethos and are able to build relationships of trust across a diverse client base.
  • You are process-driven and able to follow defined processes to evidence adherence to company standards and policies, regulatory requirements, and any other compliance demands.
  • Attention to detail is crucial, and you must be able to work with our Team Leaders and Paraplanners to ensure that clients have all the information they need to review and make decisions about their investments.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
