Role Overview: As a Sales Scheduler at Home Made, you will be responsible for coordinating travel itineraries, managing landlord appointments, and delivering exceptional customer service to our renters. This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with our Sales team to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely updates.
  • Travel Efficiency: Coordinate travel itineraries to optimize productivity and minimize delays.
  • Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate property and access provider information to ensure seamless execution of scheduled events.

Working Arrangements:

  • Location: Southwark, London (office-based role, 1 day WFH post-probation)
  • Working Hours: 9am-6pm/10am-7pm, Monday to Friday, plus every other Saturday (advanced day in Lieu for Saturday work)
