About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Care Delivery Associate to join our care team at Swallowcourt Limited. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services to our residents.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care services to residents, including assistance with daily living activities and personal care.
  • Work collaboratively with the Nursing Team to deliver excellent nursing and personal care services.
  • Assist with clinical aspects of care, such as medication administration and wound care.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including care plans and incident reports.
  • Liaise with General Practitioners and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Collaborate with the activities coordinator to promote social and recreational well-being among residents.
  • Promote infection control practices according to company policies and procedures.
  • Support professional practitioners and residents during clinical treatment and investigative procedures.
  • Develop a rapport with residents, colleagues, families, and visitors while maintaining a professional attitude.
  • Attend and participate in relevant staff meetings and Specialist Carer meetings.
Requirements
  • A good general level of education is essential.
  • An EQV 3 or other relevant qualification in Health and Social Care is desirable.
  • Carer experience is essential, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Clinical training to meet the needs of the position is required.
Salary and Benefits
