Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to join our team at Spicerhaart. As a key member of our Nexus team, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to the Nexus Management team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Liaise with the Operations Manager to identify new positions and develop recruitment strategies.
- Conduct telephone interviews and competency interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Manage candidate files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Advertise vacancies on relevant job boards to attract top talent.
- Conduct pre-screening of candidates and conduct interviews over the phone.
- Perform CV scraping to identify potential candidates.
- Build strong relationships with individuals at all levels within the business.
- Respond promptly to all candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the application process.
- Assist with recruitment events and ensure a high-quality candidate journey.
- Take minutes for all formal meetings and provide support to BDMs with uploading team members' 1-2-1s and coaching/training logs.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
