Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse - Bank

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team on a flexible 24/7 zero-hour contract in Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care to patients with various mental health conditions, building therapeutic relationships and managing specific symptoms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide evidence-based nursing care to patients with mental health conditions.
  • Manage patient records, producing care plans and risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in regular appraisals and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, national guidelines, and good practice.

We specialize in securing transportation and therapeutic observational care for individuals with various mental health needs.

Person Specification:
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC pin and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
  • Up-to-date Enhanced DBS and Right to work in the UK.
