About the Role:
As a seasoned Senior Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of the M&E part of a major healthcare project in Telford. With your expertise in project management, you will ensure that all project phases are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Management: Manage and coordinate a multidisciplinary team to deliver the project.
  2. Team Leadership: Foster collaboration and ensure that all team members are aligned with project goals.
  3. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  4. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  5. Budget Control: Monitor project finances to ensure expenditure is controlled.
  6. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project work meets required standards and regulations.

Requirements:
  1. Experience: Several years of experience in project management, preferably in the built environment or public sector.
  2. Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects.
  3. Project Delivery: Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
