**Job Description:**

This SEN Teaching Assistant position involves providing support to students with special educational needs in various settings across Gloucestershire and Wiltshire. The ideal candidate will work closely with experienced practitioners to deliver high-quality education and care to learners with additional needs, contributing to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs in various settings
  • Collaborate with experienced practitioners to develop and implement personalized learning plans
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and supportive classroom environment

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with special educational needs
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Competitive daily rates of pay: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
