About the Position
As a Teaching Assistant - SEN Specialist, you will work closely with teaching staff to create an engaging and supportive learning environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting teachers with lesson planning and implementation.
  • Providing individualized support to students with special educational needs.
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and communicating regularly with teaching staff.
  • Contributing to the development of behavior management strategies and promoting positive relationships within the classroom.
