Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the development and implementation of food safety and quality procedures and protocols.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including SOPs, risk assessments, and HACCP plans.
  • Investigate and resolve food safety and quality-related issues.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on food safety and quality procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a related field (Food Technology, Nutrition, Science).
  • Strong understanding of HSE requirements and compliance.
