Instrument Support Services Manager

Key responsibilities for this role include coordinating engineering work for laboratory instruments, assigning and distributing work orders, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be responsible for communicating with end-users and third-party contractors to determine priority and schedule work.
We are looking for candidates with 3-5 years of administrative experience and excellent customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages is essential, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.
