Responsibilities:
- As a Early Years Foundation Stage Educator, you will be responsible for the pastoral care of children, promoting teamwork and cultivating a conducive learning environment.
- Teaching the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum to groups of children, focusing on each individual child's learning targets, encouraging their strengths and improving their weaknesses.
- Keeping track of children's progress and occasionally reporting back to parents.
Requirements:
- A qualified teacher status (QTS) PGCE or equivalent.
- Experience in teaching Early Years Foundation Stage students and preparing them for SATs exams.
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality lessons and achieving excellent academic results.
- A strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Patience, resilience, and a passion for teaching.
- A willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues.
