Evening Cleaning Specialist | Spire Healthcare | Permanent | Part Time 18 hours | Evenings | £22,327 PA FTE

Spire Healthcare is pleased to announce a fantastic opportunity for an Evening Cleaning Specialist to join our dedicated team on a Part Time and Permanent basis. In this position, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional cleaning services to our facilities.

Role Overview: To ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction by maintaining cleanliness standards that align with Spire Healthcare policies and regulatory requirements.

You will be an integral part of the evening cleaning team, contributing to a clean and safe environment.

Work Schedule: 18 hours per week, consisting of 3 shifts from Monday to Sunday. We offer flexibility in shift timings.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all areas are cleaned according to established policies, completing all necessary documentation. Report any building and fabric issues promptly. Execute scheduled flushing tasks within the facility. Maintain equipment cleanliness at the end of each shift, ensuring it meets high standards. Adhere to Health & Safety and COSHH regulations. Uphold and promote Spire Healthcare's core values.

Ideal Candidate:

A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential. Previous experience in a professional cleaning role is preferred. Flexibility to work evening shifts, including some weekends. Experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous. Understanding of Health & Safety at Work and COSHH regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in IT, particularly with the MS Office suite. Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks. Ability to foster effective working relationships internally and externally. High numeracy skills. Capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize a demanding workload. Professional appearance in line with healthcare standards.
