We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Domestic Cleaning Specialist to join our team at One Retail. As a key member of our cleaning services team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Sanitizing: High and low dusting, mopping, wiping, and scrubbing surfaces to ensure a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
- Area Maintenance: Cleaning of wards, side rooms, toilets, showers, infected and public areas to maintain high hospital standards.
- Waste Management: Ensuring rubbish bins are maintained and removed when full.
- Equipment Maintenance: Using equipment in accordance with the role, following all Health & Safety guidelines.
- Communication: Passionate about patient care, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and healthcare staff.
- Teamwork: Able to work under pressure, individually and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet the needs of the business.
- Customer Focus: Confident working in a hospital environment and aware of the need to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Previous Experience: It doesn't matter if you've never worked as a Domestic Assistant before. What matters most is taking pride in what you do and a willingness to learn and go the extra mile for our patients.
- Training and Development: We are committed to providing ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow and succeed in your role.
