Job Title: Regional Lead Nurse

Location: Wimbledon

The Regional Lead Nurse is responsible for ensuring the quality of care and safety of our clients and carers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the Nurse Case Managers within the region to ensure all care is safe and quality driven.
  • Hold a small caseload while supporting the growth of the business with the assessing and onboarding of new clients.
  • Deliver clinical training when required.
  • Work closely with the Regional Care Manager to ensure an integrated approach to care delivery through operational and clinical teams.

Leadership & Key Working Relationships:

  • Report to the Head of Clinical Services.
  • Work in partnership with fellow Regional Lead nurses.
  • Build strong relationships with commissioners and community multidisciplinary teams.
  • Build relationships with Clients and families - assuring quality of services provided.

Service Delivery, Quality, and Governance:

  • Ensure the concept and benefits of establishing appropriately skilled and matched core care teams around clients is understood by all members of the regional team, clients, and commissioners.
  • Responsible for the achievement of a smooth onboarding process for new clients, meeting the operational, clinical, and financial parameters agreed within the contract and HFH commercial thresholds.
  • Responsible for ensuring clients receive the best possible care.
