Job Title: Regional Lead Nurse

Search Consultancy is seeking three exceptional Regional Lead Nurses to join our team in London and the South East. As a Regional Lead Nurse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the clinical and reputational success of our client within a defined region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Nurse Case Managers within the region and be responsible for the achievement of service delivery and growth, and client, carer, and commissioner satisfaction in line with agreed quality objectives.
  • Drive business growth by creating and building on good relationships with all key stakeholders.
  • Oversee and manage new packages in a safe and timely manner.
Requirements:
  1. Clinical or nursing management experience.
  2. Must have Trac and Vent experience.
  3. Experience working to Band 6 or 7 level.
  4. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  5. Working knowledge of regulatory requirements.
  6. Strong line management experience.
  7. Highly developed problem-solving skills.
  8. Strong planning and organisational skills.
  9. Target driven.
  10. Resilient and calm under pressure.
