Airworthiness Compliance Specialist

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Airworthiness Compliance Specialist to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our Engineering & Manufacturing Department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with industrial and manufacturing regulations.

**About the Role**

The successful candidate will be responsible for influencing regulatory modifications due to technological advancements in a next-generation platform. You will ensure that regulatory compliance is considered through all requirements, while also being safe, cost-effective, efficient, and innovative.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Work closely with the Ministry of Defence to understand the appetite for Continuing Airworthiness regulatory change and its impact on future maintenance approaches.
* Develop extensive knowledge and understanding of Maintenance & Continuing Airworthiness regulations, policies, processes, procedures, and systems (Specifically Part M, 21, 145 & 147).
* Guide others in the application of Maintenance & Continuing Airworthiness regulations, policies, processes, and procedures.

**Requirements**

* Extensive knowledge and understanding of Maintenance & Continuing Airworthiness regulations, policies, processes, procedures, and systems.
* Ability to guide others in the application of Maintenance & Continuing Airworthiness regulations, policies, processes, and procedures.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
