About Us: Joneshouse Recruitment Ltd is a leading provider of recruitment services for the social care sector.
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our children's home in Locks Heath, which specializes in providing care and support for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to children with EBD.
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the individual needs of each child.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including Ofsted and CQC.
- Collaborate with external agencies, such as social services and healthcare providers, to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care services, making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Registered Manager qualification and experience in a children's home setting.
- Proven track record of leadership and management in a social care environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
