Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and friendly welcome to visitors, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to visitor queries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain the presentation of displays and equipment, ensuring a high-quality visitor experience.
  • Contribute to fundraising conversations and share the charitable mission of the National Trust.
  • Support the team in delivering a range of tasks, including meeting and greeting visitors, answering questions, and ensuring the smooth operation of the 'Wintertide' experience.
