Environmental Sustainability Coordinator

We are seeking an exceptional Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) professional to join our team as an EHS Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation, developing and implementing the EHS strategy, and fostering a proactive EHS culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance: Ensure that our operations fully comply with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- EHS Strategy: Develop and implement the Environmental, Health & Safety strategy in collaboration with the Head of EHS.
- Culture Development: Foster a robust health and safety culture among our employees through effective communication and coaching.
- Guidance: Provide expert guidance and support to our teams on health, safety, and environmental matters.
- Incident Investigation: Lead the investigation of incidents and undertake root cause analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or engineering industry.
- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) in health and safety.
- NEBOSH or IEMA Environmental Management Certificate (desirable).
- Knowledge of Construction Design and Management Regulations.
- In-depth knowledge of REACH Regulations.
- In-depth knowledge of PUWER Regulations.
- In-depth knowledge of HAV's Regulations.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
