Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Registered Nurse to lead our specialist nursing unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding a dedicated team to deliver exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with the Clinical Services Manager and Director.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Clinical Services Manager/Director in delivering care to patients.
- Leading a responsive and dedicated team to ensure an excellent standard of care for all patients.
- Collaborating with other management staff to make key decisions about the ward.
Requirements:
- NMC/HCPC pin registered.
- Private healthcare experience and management experience preferable.
- Experience working in an acute healthcare sector in a Senior Registered Nurse post or equivalent.
- Experience in complex care would be an advantage.
