Job Title: Automotive Center Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Center Manager to join our team at Nekcavt. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Family Resource Center, ensuring the provision of quality services to enrolled families and the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the day-to-day operation of the Family Resource Center in accordance with Nekcavt Core Values, Head Start/Early Head Start Performance Standards, and relevant regulations.
  • Lead a work culture that fosters diversity, equity, and inclusion, and promotes a welcoming and inviting environment for children, families, staff, and community partners.
  • Oversee facility management, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.
  • Support staff and families in completing applications, subsidy paperwork, and other documentation.
  • Contribute to data collection and analysis, and participate in program planning and growth.
  • Facilitate the hiring process of center staff, and provide support and supervision to center staff.
  • Develop and implement Individual Health Plans as required.
  • Promote parent involvement through parent meetings, ongoing support, and encouraging parent leadership in Program Governance.
  • Develop Center Plans annually, and implement, evaluate, and revise in collaboration with center staff.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of Associate's Degree in early childhood or human development/child development; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Valid driver's license and access to dependable transportation.
Working Conditions:

Employees in this position work primarily in an office environment with moderate noise levels and controlled temperature conditions. The work involves sitting for extended periods of time, using a computer and other office equipment, and may require occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
