Engineering Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Lead to join our team at Hall&Kay Fire Engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering main contract fire sprinkler projects on time, to budget and in accordance with customer and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex projects with budgets up to £5m. They will possess a strong understanding of engineering drawings and project management methodologies, including Prince 2. Additionally, they will hold valid SMSTS and CSCS cards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production and maintenance of project programme.
- Attendance at internal project Cost To Complete (CTC) meetings.
- Completion and submission to relevant stakeholders of all end-of-project documentation.
- Ensuring installers are adequately briefed, are competent & qualified to fulfil all project requirements.
- Completion & submission of project Quality Plans (as required).
What You Can Expect:
Our salary range is competitive and negotiable depending on experience, with a minimum of £65,000 per annum. Additional benefits include £5,100 per annum cash for cars allowance, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, contributory company pension scheme, life assurance, and company funded health cash plan.
