About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our team at TransUnion. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for driving the development and launch of new products and features that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market gaps
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine product feasibility, priority, and business value
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps that reflect market, client, and competitive landscape requirements
  • Analyze customer and client feedback to inform product development decisions
  • Support the Product Manager in producing business cases for new product enhancements
  • Prioritize the implementation of new features and manage the product backlog
  • Liaise with Marketing and Solution Consultants to ensure suitable positioning of new products
  • Monitor and report on product KPIs
  • Provide support and training for internal stakeholders
  • Undertake market research and competitor analysis
Requirements
  • Candidates must have a clear interest in and passion for the customer
  • Credible and able to think strategically
  • Strong intellect, capable of analytical and strategic thinking, and complex problem-solving
  • Basic understanding of key markets and trends with an enthusiasm for innovation and new technology
