About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our high-performing teams to deliver high-quality services and support the delivery of multiple projects for our business. As a Product Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of these projects through the full project lifecycle, from design to implementation and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage software product implementation and support within the operational business
  • Develop, publish, and schedule reports (Power BI) as per business requirements
  • Inspect, cleanse, transform, and analyze raw data to discover useful information and inform effective decision-making
  • Design and build scalable data models and enable advanced analytic capabilities that provide meaningful business value through easy-to-comprehend data visualizations
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver relevant insights based on identified business requirements
Requirements
  • Knowledge in Microsoft stack - Excel, PowerBI Desktop, and Online Service DAX Power M Query
  • Previous experience in roles associated with digital analytics, reporting, data quality, or similar streams
  • Familiarity with secondary tools such as Microsoft Azure Cloud, SQL data warehouse, DevOps, and user support systems
  • Eligibility for Government Security Clearance
