We are seeking a skilled and experienced Meeting and Events Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team at The Midland Hotel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of meetings and events, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the activities of the Meeting and Events Operations Crew, ensuring they are aware of their responsibilities and performing duties to a high standard.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints and provide excellent customer service.
  • Be familiar with the day's business, restaurant, and conference bookings to prepare the team and department for action.
  • Serve food and drinks, and provide exceptional customer service, being a role model to the team.
  • Have a visible presence within the hotel to ensure all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively.
  • Deal with guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Train and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.
